Your right, had a week that seemed all i was doing was hacking nice trees down not just the Hornbeam. And your right probably would be unfussed if it had to come down. Odd now i think of it, good point. Got some fun hacking tomorrow,a large willow limb thats resting ontop/through an Alder. i'll try not to cry over it :001_tt2:. Just seeing all the quality reduction work got me jealous. cheers for comments

I'm still reluctant to do these Hornbeam untill i can see that the re-growth will look ok.....really don't want to mess up such lovely shaped trees

Pherhaps try the "Do nothing" option?:confused1:

 

Ask yourself what the benefit from your interference will be and make sure it is a beneficial one...:001_smile:
