Seems a shame not to have put the burr on eBay once I’d milled it… I’ve just seen one burr plank for £600 😂😂 I don’t think me with some big screws has done it any justice… I think I’m going to have a rummage and see what I have left !

Matty if you have access to elm like that keep hold of it, prices are only gonna go one way. Even up in Aberdeenshire it’s getting harder and harder to find. I know of one local guy with a lot of long established contacts who is snapping up everything and shipping it south to England for stupid money.
