Morning all just come in from work. I wanted to share something with you guys as we are all family men and value and love our family. I am not into social media but a friend posted this about Thomas my son and i melted reading the replies how kind people can be. 

 

I would like to say a BIG THANKYOU to Tom...👏👏👏👏
He can be seen going around Beaufort picking up lots of litter and bagging it up ready for the council to collect and tidying our recycling bins for us if they havent been put back right. He keeps our areas lovely and tidy i think! 😊
Tom is autistic, so if u do see him and say hello, he may or may not respond as hes very focused on his jobs, but he is always friendly when an Hello comes his way and he often gives me a wave w…

Thanks doug what a kid he is. He been watching the same pepa Big video for 15 years and laughs his head off every day, Strange how the mind works.

When I was a child the eldest brother of a kid my age who hung around with us had downs syndrome . He was just Peter to us . His hobbies were collecting foreign stamps , blowing soap bubbles and digging holes . He dug a massive hole in my Dads veg patch ! I liked him very much and can now see how those things were important to him .

I had a reputation for digging holes at one time. I remember how unimpressed my dad was when I spent a weekend with a mate digging a trench in the garden, then covering it with twigs and leaves. The school bully would never have survived it.

I had to fill it back in, less fun.
