Sounds like a tractor driver.

😳😳Now  here I know for a fact you are miles off Mark

probs not even 50%of that, for working crazy hours in all weather day in day out. I know two lads up here on farms nearby and quite frankly I take my hat off to them the graft they put in. They are workers not farm owners, the farm owners I know have it worse ie at it longer day after day. “

Often seen in their vanity van luxurious tax dodge 4x4s that they don’t need of course apparently.

I have mates who drive tractors for harvests. They have nice cushy tractor cabs.

They are only single cabs, mind.

Oh well then mark they should be happy, that will pay the bills. Contract guys I presume ?? Yeah I see them doing  farm after farm at harvest time too up here. Don’t matter how nice the cab is the pay is still not great and after 18h-24 hrs which they do or more you get pissed off.
Bit different to an everyday farmhand tractor op especially on a mixed beef/arable farm. Mind you if you have your citizen smith head on tonight it’s a lost cause, Rich land owning farmers are the enemy of the people I think o is the line.

Under Adolf Hitler's leadership, the Nazi regime was responsible for the mass murder of 6 million Jews and millions of other victims. Learn about Hitler in the years 1930-1933.

They'll be out of the farm harvesting job due to AI and GPS very soon. Luckily they are built like brick shithouses so can still launch big chunks of tree into the back of a van.

Just out of interest , what ever happened to the Rivion electric pickup ? Did it die a death ?

I think what happened Andy is that demand outstripped supply, certainly on preorder.

Rivian realised they could sell all they could build in the States, so cancelled all Euro/UK preorders.

No idea how they’re doing in the US.

I don’t really care either, electric bollocks.

GPS is common already, Old Hitler was an amateur compared to Stalin.
Remember you are responsible for their backs mind 👍

I hope it’s not a crew cab transit

I'm not responsible for their backs. I mostly just spec the jobs these days, it's up to them how they choose to do it.

🤔 Well Mark I’m surprised at that attitude from a socialist this is not Victorian tines you know

Hope  they have done manual handling training and you have carried out the correct-manual handling risk assessment “ Bonny lad”’ remember those mitigations 👍👍

Thanks for the advice. If I ran my own crew they'd be walking to site everyday, or they'd be contorted into the hopper, and they'd be sleeping in the back of the pickup, if they were lucky they might find some fungi amongst the pissy chip piles at the back. I might even give them a tarp when it snows.
