I’ve changed my mind.

I think your logs are worth just over one million pounds.

I know this is petrol station but everyones favourite warehouse DIY store last year had a few weeks where it was cheaper to buy solid oak flooring than firewood (I know it has varnish and so on and we shouldn't but 'apparently' it burns like a rocket)

When installed my first fire a few years ago I had to buy a couple of bags of logs from BnQ, out of necessity.
The bag was proudly labeled "Seasoned Hardwood Logs". It contained 10 or so mouldy bits of what looked like Poplar. It was literally furry with mould. WTF? I forget the figure now, but it was probably about 1/2 the cost of a decent dumpy bag of decent firewood.

half the price each step up the chain, delivered at £120, wholesale at £60, unseasoned rings at £30.....

(but that makes my 20t worth of ash worth £240?)

If that's 20 solid tonne of ash then based on a conversion factor of 0.5 solid m3 = 1 m3 bulk then it would be worth £4,800 processed and delivered.
