Morning all.

Just up, not even wordled yet. Didn't get home from work until 1am and as a creature of habit that feels very strange.

 

Did a bit of overtime helping our surveyors with a bat survey, I've a new found respect for ecologists now!

Sitting silently in the half light, staring at the roof of a church for any hint of movement, surrounded by an array of devices letting me know just how many bats I was failing to see. The whole time listening apparently to the local drug dealer on the radio channel we were using, despatching a scooter for deliveries whilst being utterly obnoxious to his customer base.

I'll help them again next time.
