Got a garden clearance today, 5 birch and pine to take out, going to let the big Schliesing stretch it’s legs to give us a bit of a hand.

 

Fantastic start to the day, held up by a family of boar on the road, wonderful to see.

Then, issues with the Schliesing oil pressure sensor keeps turning it off. Fingers crossed the motor isn’t fubarred.

Morning, having a lazier week this week and forgot to sign in yesterday.  Thanks for all the cards and well wishes from everyone that was concerned about my absence🤔😂

  still freezing here, yesterday took a bit of thawing out to get going.  After -6 things just don’t want to play.  Had to get the customer to put the kettle on to thaw out the hydraulic couplers for grab.  It’s to get mild on Sunday and then rain next week.  Got the Highalnd tree cutters Xmas do this afternoon, all the guys that work together, subbies that pull together.  I’m driving so I can escape after pudding, let the younguns do their thing.

Saturday morning and I'm awake from too early! She came home at 1:30, night shift and I cannot sleep. I'll get up and have a cup of Yorkshire. Getting two stillages of logs and her Evoque back from menders - dear weekend! Plus., drink in town and I reckon to glance through jobs pages. Time to move onwards.
