A day on the ground for me, raking up. A bit of a rest after 3 days climbing. Weather looking good too.

Morning team, dry and crisp here this morning.  Boys are away to finish some storm work and then start on survey stuff.  I’ve got a site meeting at 10am up at an estate so be good to get a nosey around and then that’s me for the day, I’ll take the dogo as we will need to go a wee scooch about after via sausage rolls shops and a big duck pond where he enjoys watching them flight in from his seat in the jeep to fight over sausage roll flakes.  Have a good day.

Up and away to Thiefrow! He has lodged his drag car with the winner of the Sick Smokies and is on the way back! Then more car washing as my attempt with a cold water jet wash was poor!

Two days rained off, then tonight tomorrows job cancelled cos it’s too wet.

He’s better than me at it, not much of an achievement I’ll admit.

I’m not worried, if there’s nothing to do he’ll spend a couple of hours tidying the workshop and go home.
