Climbing today for Ben Ballard. Dismantled the first 2 stems and then came down for a brew and to sort out the rigging kit for the back leaning stem.

From the floor it looked like it would go, so I went back up and attached a sling and winch cable. Ben did the fell, I took the pic and film.

Nice one and cheers Ben for a good day.

first job of the day with gareth dismantling this skinny sycamore it did have 6 stems all dismantled till the last stem i managed to lower the 2 tops off it and all the branches bar 2 little 1's bricking it up it in the gusty wind, would have been alright if didnt all have to be lowered or the wind wasnt blowing. all backleaning over the road managed to fell it fitted perfect if it was to big it would have taken out electric wires, if it had gone backwards would have been through a fence and over the whole road, if it had gone 1 side would have been electric wires the other through the fence, all went to plan fell just short of the wires :001_smile:

i wasnt surprised when it landed it just completely smashed to bits, why i didnt wanna be up it :sneaky2:
