Is this current? Looks too early in spring for that phase of leaf production.

 

It’s a ridiculous ask as the tree is out of focus, but judging by form I’d say an oak (in about a months time!)

Oak. Though the picture is a bit to blurry to be that sure.

 

What's the story with this tree? Where is it? Looks like it might have been cut in the past at some time.
