Strictly speaking he’s not an employee, he’s freelance.

But as you say, he’s got previous.

From watching the news just now being freelance changes nothing and he was still representing and working for the BBC and had been repeatedly told to stop and that he was subject to the rules.

You could be Micah Richards, I’ll be Roy Keane.

70/30 in my favour I’m afraid.

Are you saying I’ve got shit hair, retired before 30 due to injury, and laugh at all kinds of shite that isn’t actually funny?

While you’re the bitter, taciturn, hardened old bastard that hates a lot of what football has become?

Fair do’s I suppose.

I’ve just done some quick maths on the label I ripped off a bottle of red, and I can live with 70/30.

Wasn't exactly offensive what he said, just simply expressing an opinion which you're seemingly not allowed to have in England anymore.

I guess that depends if you receive public money (which they have no choice if they pay it or not)

I reckon had he not brought the Nazis into it, there wouldn’t have been the furore.

Never a good idea to compare stuff to the Nazis, unless it’s genuinely comparable.

He didn’t mention Nazis, he compared it to 1930’s Germany.

Six and two threes maybe, but not quite the same.
