Utility work

Hi how much are three man teams earning everyday doing power line clearance work ? On average. 

me and my employees are doing our UA tickets with the hope of doing some work for ground control we’re based in lincolnshire. 

Thought id get some honest answers from you guys

Rates of pay were around £900 for 3 men and a MEWP - So a loss maker essentially

 

They also think you are on site for 8 hours each day and known to hold back on payment with issues or when CM's don't send it through to accounts payable. 

 

Their mantra is 'we don't want to grow our future competition'

I have never worked for GC.  
 

I don’t think I have seen anything positive about them either.

 

That and the fact I don’t do utilities work is probably the reason for point 1.

I’ve not worked with them however know plenty who have and very few good words spoken. I’d go through another supplier hortech etc
