Had some shady fecker phone me yesterday trying to ‘buy’ my mobile phone contract for less than I currently pay EE. 
 

He ponied up a slight saving but as a cold call was never going to get my business.

I can only presume it's nonsense, replace any cover and frame for 57 quid! A 10 ton cover would cost more than that to buy. Even if it's labour only it's a pair of hours.

The price under neath is to lift any cover and rebed/including adjust level. That's £15
Same amount of work as a new cover, possibly more.
Can't believe any one would do that.
Depending on the surrounding surface Material, I would be anywhere from £150 to who knows for that.
