Worth noting as well that the Stihl and Husqvarna saws within your budget are also Chinese built and bear little resemblance (in my opinion) to the 'traditional' Stihl/Husqvarna stuff.

Ahh ok, so more of a cheap line for the home user (me) but carrying the badge of the respected names?

Get a stihl 171 new, with a 2 year domestic warranty extension and run it on motomix.
A 12” bar will easily do want you need and more.
I’d get several chains and a filing kit too.
That should do you fine.emoji106.png

Until someone mentions milling….

Its main use will be cutting up fallen trees in the woods (for chiminea wood) and pruning lelandai, and other branches off trees.  In no way would i be doing pro work.

In that case then after buying the Natanoko, use the remaining money in your £200 budget to buy a decent short handled brush hook, Fiskars or Silky again, and a good axe for splitting, probably Fiskars as the Silky "Ono" is stupid money (still want one though!).
