Buying a house with a large tree in front

Hi there. We in the process of buying a house in the UK, and it has a tall tree on the neighbors driveway about 8 meters in height (it's probably some kind of a pine tree), which is about 5-6 meters from our house. Is this something to worry about? Here are some photos showing it as well as the driveway which may be affected

Your insurance company would prob need to be notified when taking out home insurance. It looks like it could be a problem if it gets much bigger.

I can't really see but my first guess is cedar, in which case it's going to continue to grow. A lot.

Maybe worth identifying it properly?

It’s probably worth getting a report to check if there is a risk of direct damage or subsidence.  Your mortgage company may insist on it.  Its impossible to say from some pics on a website.   Where is the property?
