Sad to hear about the death of Marvellous Marvin Hagler at the age of 66.

I remember watching him fight for the first time in a holiday caravan in Towyn, on a black and white TV.
He destroyed Alan Minter and went in to be my favourite boxer, there are not many that came after can compare.

This guy was one very explosive fighter and he could fight, i watched many fights with this guy but the one that stands out for me was the Hagler v lenoard in the late 80s, it was on one sat night and we was in the local pub and several people asked Kevin the landlord if he was bringing a telly down in to the bar, and with Kevin being a tight Welsh man said no, but time it got to about half 8 people started to dissapear, hence with in about 5 mins of one group of local lads going home a telly appeared, and then Fat kevin borrowed some ones bike to go and get these lads back, and if we stayed we all got a free pint, i think this was the fight which ended in a draw, Happy days them,
