Don’t stake use three guy ropes in a pyramid to stakes out side the rootball, would benefit from a good mulch  very professional job

I second this. Put a doughnut shape of brown cardboard (or don't, no big deal) around the stem, and cover with mushroom compost, seaweed, or aged manure, or at the very least aged woodchip or leaf mold. Take care not to pile the mulch up against the stem.

I would say that with the size of rootball, the very rapid move and the aftercare you are planning to give it, it stands as much chance of success as you could hope for. I would also suggest a mulch around the root area to help avoid competition with weeds and hold the water in whilst it is re-establishing. Some rotted bark or chip would be my choice.

I have access to well rotted manure and woodchip that's a few years old so I'll get that done tomorrow.

2 months since its move and the little Rowan has been slower coming to leaf than the other Rowan Tree in the garden, but it's really got going now.
