Had a quiet week to round off this year. Everyone's on holiday over the festive period so just been me and Santi at the yard doing maintenance on the kit, sorting out the drying floor and general chores. Few last minute phone calls for logs today so did a few deliveries.

A happy new year to all, may yer hearth aye be warm.

Neat way of storing the firewood ready for loading/ delivery.

That's the drying floor. Once dry the logs are stored in another bay across the yard.

I filled the drying floor straight away again today with chip to dry for the biomass boiler, the hopper for it is next to the drying floor with the same type roof doors. The boiler runs everything on the property, including the drying floor.

Yes and a fair sized load in the trailer

That load is two deliveries, just over 5 cube in total. There's a plywood divider put in the middle, held in place by ratchet straps, tip half the load and keep half on until you slacken the straps.

But no more than 35mph in the L/R!
