Even here in Romania a law has been passed to oblige all electric scooter, bicycles, etc to have a valid insurance...

 

 

It's like a nuthouse anyway here... 

 

You could be on your merry way on a one way street and still encounter some electric "thing" on 2 or 3 wheels going 50km/h... On your way, as if you SHOULD expect some lunatic going the wrong way...

 

And not one has a driver license, nothing regarding traffic rules...

 

It's disgusting allready...

 

Even in parcs or sidewalk is like that...

Don't worry Gabriel, I only drove it a 100m along the pavement at 3mph and had someone walking in front to scoop children out my way, and I was sober, very safe!

Around here in Romania we have electric 2 wheel "things" going 90km/h on Highways... 

 

And it's worse the more East you "dare" to go...

 

Basarabia/Moldova, Ukraine, God forbid you step into Russia...

 

Anything is possible in Russia...
