If that near would make an appointment with CEO of forst and turn up with machine and get him to look into it, as he may not be a were of the problems they are having. 
Ow he is as that's who's ear I chewed off to eventually get my one rebuild after all the 'isolated' problems I was having.

8 out of 10 disagreements can be resolved with an axe khriss, for the rest break out the 880

@lux am aghast at yr situation, cant offer better advice than others have stated. Just hope Forst are having a bloody good read here. If were my company i would be in the workshop monday tearing strips off. Couple old lads in pub used to blab on at what they did at Fords in 1970s, look what happened there. K

As I said I’m having a period of relative calm with mine.

I keep the rollers on 4.5 speed and keep the roller springs slack when the rollers are shut.

I also had the shaft and rotor out and professionally rebalanced which solved a lot of vibration issues.

Did they have to skim it to balance it up ?

Yeah roller speed depending on material mine stays between 4 and 5.5 most of the time. A small tweak for different chipping makes a good difference
