zilch.  

 

I'd only offer to clear the site for free.  The cost of time and overheads is not likely even to be met by the sale of a doubtful amount of timber and firewood, let alone show a profit.

I do point out that at that price a few hectares of those trees would be worth a serious fortune.
But they have one tree, not 10,000
??‍♂️

I offered £100 but haven’t heard back....really don’t care either way I’m only really doing it as it’s near to me. But looks like £100 won’t be enough for this highly valuable walnut [emoji28]
