Echo2511tes fuel and oil caps

I believe that it is possible to change the echo oil/fuel caps for Husqvarna caps. If this is true, which caps are suitable? Thanks

You do know you can use the top of the starter handle to undo the fuel and oil caps.......don't you???

You can but it's a bit of a fiddle.  Easier to use is the spine of the carabiner on the harness end of your saw strop.

I don't tend to wear carabiners or strops when in the workshop? Perhaps I could start servicing Mission Impossible like, hanging off the ceiling!!!?

Yes but you have to do the theme tune at the same time, it's obligatory

Thanks all, I've no plans to change anything and use either the starter or crabs to open the proprietary caps. Just hoping to confirm the belief that is possible.

You would think, but unless you work with regular groundies the amount of people that struggle to undo them is unbelievable, and then there are the retards that will use the starter handle to tighten them up again...
