Help needed to identify these two conifers

Hi I have two conifers which I need help identifying. They’re on my neighbours land and touch the boundary. Building a new house the structural engineer required confirmed details. I believe the first one may be a cupressus x  Leylandii but I’m unsure what type of Cypress the second one is  Any knowledgeable people out there able to help? Thanks in advance

Yes , as you say hard to tell for sure from that pic .

When they are green and immature they are very similar . I bow to your final answer however . ?
