Not as far as that we all used to fill up at Clemos garage on the main rd into Newton Abbot which was about 5 minutes away

I undertook a grokel coach across the forecourt of that garage one night heading back into Marldon??

Was pretty slow in the whole scheme of things, a 300tdi 110 not a nitrous dodge charger, but felt exciting when you've been stuck behind a lost coach driver for the last 20 minutes. (the garage was closed, as are most services in the west country after 9pm on a friday night)

Yeah those rds in the summer are a nightmare all the lanes through to Torquay, Paignton, Brixham,Dartmouth etc trying to get past all the campsites with people walking on both sides of the rd, those were the day’s [emoji57]

Yep on a hot summers day, grokels parking all over the shop...love Devon, but remember the romans only got as far as Exeter before they said bugger it...

Why don't you like him, John?, he's a good, honest kid, he may throw f's n but's in now and again, but he's a genuine fella, leave him alone and let Steve deal with it.... I know what response is going to be, read rule... but that isn't the reason, or you'd jump on everyone else that used expletives.

I don’t know him enough to like or dislike him 

 

I wish i had time to moderate everybody’s posts but running a business  takes up most of my time. However i’m sure steve appreciates the time I’ve managed to put into the forum since I was invited by him to join in 2007
