There is a petition started to stop it next year www.stopulez.com getting traction as way doing isn't fair penalising low paid/disabled etc and poorly thought out as newer cars that pollute more get away when older cleaner cars don't

Actually costs enviroment hugely to make a new car, so if yr chopping one in every 4 yrs , yr way more of a polluter than old gran in her 20yr old Micra.  K

Poor people should be confined to home, or a the very least restricted to occasional public transport.  How are the privileged elite supposed to go about their daily business in an appropriate and efficient manner if the roads are all clogged up with the great unwashed?
