Great reply and just for the record not self proclaimed as proof is in the pudding and i have a few puddings to my name after 33 years, A craftsman in the making is tom my lad below yesterday, He is autistic, 15 years old 6 feet 2 inches. Only 5/6 years old  sometimes in the mind but loves his woodwork so fingers crossed he will have a future with dads help ? Tom has a twin sister beth so yes worn out a couple of head boards knocking them pair out ?

Cheers for the compliment although being a cheeky twat is easy in reality. it’s good for the kids to muck in and take an interest for sure when they are young. Mind you the distractions of life soon made working with dad a chore as they got older, at least that’s what happened with the 3 elder lads youngest is still at home so I try and get him out as much as poss. Shooting is the thing we tend to do together. Anyway I passed the comment on ref the headboard to the mrs and got the typical Scottish/Aberdonian response I know so well. ??‍♂️

Mobile solar electric fencer. £50 solar panel and charge controller from amazon, £10 john deere battery from scrappy a few weeks ago.

 

It's a bit overkill but hey gotta guard my toilet roll!!

?‍♂️?‍♂️I’m still waiting to hear or see how I offended the gods of headboard design. Well I thought it was ok for an afternoons work using a pile of offcuts. Obviously the masters of Woodwork and taste might not it seem approve.
