Is your set up optimised as relates to kit & machinery?  Do you actually need the Mog for example?  Is it 'earning' more than it's costing to keep it available?

I was thinking the same, you can’t really lump on the price of a mog and chipper  or any big kit if the job does not warrant it.

FFS after 19 years in the game you are asking some odd questions.  Yes yer too cheap.  what makes me laugh is you are keeping your costs low as all of the kit is paid off!

Even at £380 a day you would hit the vat threshold before the 10th of Oct.

how long have you had the mog?

in my limited experience they can suddenly need very expensive repairs.
