Near as bad as "attritted".

P.S.

I am convinced stupid people(like Politicans and senior Council staff) started using "impacted" instead of affect/affected/effect/effected, because they did not understand the bloody difference in the meaning and use of the two words.

Where is JRM when one has need of his Etonian education.
