My lads can wear boots and pants of their preference we supply t-shirts fleeces and jackets from bear valley, 1 because they look smart and 2 gives back to local firms etc not local to me personally but local to our industry.

Just everyone on their ppe is good enough for me. I suppose i hi viz tee or coat doesnt hurt

If you're supplying the PPE for your employees then it would take a special effort not to have a uniform look within your team (like having to go to differnt suppliers ).

I dont. I am and use subbies. For me I'm happy with ppe - i think thats smart enough , and shows you're a pro. I personally would give a hoot if electricians came to fix my house and their shirts didnt match. I would be judging it on the quality of their work and cut of their jib.

Totally fine though if someone asked me to wear a t with their logo on, also would be fine with that. Each to there own.

I think ‘uniform’ is a bit strong, as we all have different tastes in trousers and boots.

All wearing the same tops does portray a professional image though, and I’m all for it.

Good tops, not crappy cheap polos and sweats.

Doesn’t even have to be logo’d.

We often turn up in the same Rab gear, or similar.

Avoiding looking like tramps is not a good move when you like charging pro prices.

Not the logoed mankini then Mark ? ?
