The smaller the job the higher per m2. 

 

Still got to excavate, whack in membrane and sub base, bedding layer then top no matter what the job. Smaller it is the more efficient you have to be in a way in a way. 

 

Price seems fair if it includes the VAT.

All in, dug out, teram membrane, mot, flag edging and waste away pal

I assume it was including vat. I can't imagine they wouldn't be vat registered.
