is it the same as the old 460 ? if so there is a shop on ebay called stihlasgood she is called kim and is very helpfull i have had a fair bit of her and if ordered before 3pm allways here morning after,

Just checked, you need part 1138 080 1800 and is not the part on the 460 which is 1128 080 1812 so it wont fit.

Not sure about Spuddog having a "fair bit of her" sounds like she may be cheap;) and he is playing around:001_tongue:

L&S all day long on Stihl parts and now Husqvarna as well!

she sounds all right on the phone ? but knowing my luck she will be about 25 stone in which case i would get more than my fare share, and looked at my 460 and 461 this morn and your right it wont fit,

Thanks all, might just get an araldite patch on it as only a hole in the grill bit, where a trunk rolled over it, starter works fine, its just cosmetic and to keep crap out of flywheel. Hole is the size of a 1p piece.

I've had a similar hole on my ms361 for about 6 years. No issues so far
