Yes it is but it isn't nice and tidy and uniform. No problem in my house but not so sure it's saleable.

We'll see. Maybe I can sell it as organic or something.

Rustic should sell it

Getting one delivered this week but I'm laid up in hospital so won't be able to report back for a while.

As for the slivers/waste, I was told it is up to 10%. Sounded a lot to me but went ahead anyway.

If you don’t mind me asking, what make is it? Or is it one made by a local fabricator?

I seen they created a bit of ‘waste’ but I’d just use that myself.

15k is nothing, some folks would spend that on a boob job and a holiday :002:

I've always liked the look of the eastonmade splitters, they look like they're well built. My only gripes with them would be at 4ft wide I wouldn't want to tow it behind the van, I think a conveyor attached to it that folds out would be handy, and a diesel engine.

Post up pics and vids when you get it!

Maybe it is a bit of a mid life crisis purchase but never mind, it will be used and I doubt it will lose much value if I ever did sell it again.

They were on demo in the flesh at APF and the steel used is way beyond what I have seen on others, they are built to last forever.

The petrol engine is probably due to them really being aimed a Canada and the fuel waxing decides that one.

Happy to post pics and a review after a bit of use. 👍

You got me looking at the MDL diesel one and thinking it's quite reasonably priced, maybe I should get one.

I shouldn't, don't need anything that size as I have a small Posch that does me just fine.
