That would be a no!

I've had interest from local landscapers but everyone is in the same boat now.

But I'm ever hopefull and given that all my booked milling jobs have been postponed, milling this lot will give something to do over the next few weeks/months of lockdown.

I've started the Larch!

I know it's not particularly exciting but one does what one can in these restricted times!

I cant believe how cheapo they are! '

 

I use these off-shore. Slightly more expensive but will stop a lot more movement, but I guess no use for Slabs etc as they will come lose when they start to shrink.

I tried ratchet straps but now just use loops of rope tightened with a twisting stick so easily adjusted as the wood shrinks ?

Interesting. Why did you find that better than tightening ratchet straps every now and then?

Put extra bands on and they will hold no problem slabs or not

Till they start to shrink. But I guess by then the worst of the movement will have been stopped?
