a recommended showroom for Stihl or Husqvarna?

Hello, I am new to this forum, as it was suggested by my local tree surgeon.

There are a few STIHL/HUSQVARNA dealers around me, but what I want to know is which one would have a good selection of products on show? I am in 2 minds to either go with cordless or petrol. Cordless seems like a good long term investment, as the battery is compatible with many optional tools in a range. But wondered if the power is there.

Thanks

Danni

Is fr jones not inabout london somewhere, been out at honey bros near guildford many many years ago when on railways.

No idea wot else is in that area.

U don't mention wot u want the saw to do?

Would u even be better with a corded 240v saw if just using it in the back garden, be quieter than petrol and cheaper than both

Hi, I am looking for MS391by Stihl. It is for my family home in Wales, got a lot of tree to take back and cut.

I popped into Gayways (based in Harrow), as they are the closest to me (thanks drinksloe). The shop staff were excellent and knew the product well. Highly recommend a visit.

I am just deciding on a Alaskan Mill (one of the staff at Gayways mentioned through conversation he was having with someone at the shop.) I could make usa of the trees after felling them.

I am not planning to use this all year round, but atleast 3 times a year. Does anyone recommend the Motomix Fuel (Premixed fuel by Stihl) or even Aspen?

If you are only going to use he saw  about 3 times a year then Aspen or similar pre mixed alkelite  fuel would be a must .

If you are doing the work in Wales, then buy in Wales! If ought goes wrong or it needs a service, the local dealer will beglad to see you if you brought it off him!
