The whole Christmas thing has become a bit of a over commercialised con in a way but I guess it all depends how you look at it ..all the unnecessary waste generated  isn't good though .....I am playing it safe this time with food hampers Still need to buy lots more but due to a lack of intrest I'll probably wait till Monday lol

Kids are grown pretty much so cash in an envelope, wife wanted some hazel fence panels..easily done and I’ve asked for a new mig welder when I’ve created some space in the workshop and got time to go buy one.

i do miss the kids ripping wrapping paper off mega excited one minute, crying and fighting the next! Always made it a fantastic day.

Obvs everyone gets a chocolate orange and new socks and pants!

The Kids are 10, 4 and 1 so most of the money does on them. The Mrs said let’s not get each other anything but I’m not falling for that shit again. So I got her a couple of bits she should like.

Did 90% of it on Amazon but wish I had more time to support the high street, works been to hectic and if you think I’m going anywhere near any shops between now and Christmas you are sadly mistaken.

Wise words that should be told to all young men! Always a tough lesson that one ?

We are putting a new kitchen in so that’s our Christmas present, kids will get their stuff within our usual budget and our eldest is going his first school ski holiday in January so that’s been this years chores money.

I did find my wife buying me a NOW TV dongle stick thing yesterday so that got plugged in last night and it’s been non stop movies, brilliant toy if you don’t have a smart TV.  I’ll take the boys shopping tomorrow to get their mum something.
