Hi all sorry to bother yous but I am just wanting to know how much it would cost for my cs30/31/38/39 & chipper I have had a price off my local trainers and they said £700 Inc vat and that is all covered in a week. But at a local college it would take 13 days and cost me £2100 so I'm confused at how there is such a huge price difference about 50 miles apart any info is appreciated

Hi i think there is a misstake some where here CS30/31 would be cheap today at £700 and its generally 5 days plus a day for assessment, chipper 1 day £120 - £200 depending on how many are on the course, CS38/39 has got to be 6 or 7 days at about £1100 so if some one has offered all 5 for £700 in 5 days i would be asking some questions as how they can fit it all in to 5 days, i dont think its possible to do that be carfull,,,,

I did mine (plus stump grinder and some bullshit business module that wasn't worth the day) over 20 days with accomodation for three grand.

It'd be a bit of a squeeze to cram it all into a week.

Just make sure u get NPTC tickets, possibly the cheap course is omething different.

NPTC are recognised by everybody, some forestry companies don't recognise lantra etc

But 1 hell of a lot to cram into 5 days, simply not possible
