Aye, you have to at least double your workers day rates, plus your own before you factor in the inconvenience and ultimately, the job itself.
There was some good advice on here a few years back that suggested that 'mate's rates' are a bad idea. Either bill it for the full price or do it gratis. Keeps things real.
