Looking at video again the first cyclist nearly takes his head off with rope pulling tree and is the one that nearly or gets brushed by it female

What's the betting that the guy felling the tree tried to brazen it out with the cyclist...

Guy’s cutting corners on a main rd, never gonna be a good outcome. Should of just carried on lumping down or the obvious to stop all traffic. Frightening to think this happens more than we know.
