I thought I was going to have to mill this section of Walnut trunk with the alaskan but somehow

managed to get it onto the mill, broke the winch and bent the ramps slightly.

Got about 25cu/ft of boards out of this section only another 4 sections to go!

Thanks, like all these things it has evolved over time.

The side jacks are a new addition and once loaded the mill is surprising stable.

This is the whole tree in all its glory, separated from the root plate.

Turned out to be 2 decent stems, couldn't see the far one when I first 

quoted to buy it as was covered in Ivy.

Root plate is rotten, reason it fell over.

Any idea what add-on I may need to see them?  All I get is the tiny jpeg logo in the middle of a large blank window.
