Well the happy ending got happier. 

 

Retrospective planning application was granted as you know- He said that wouldn't be the end of it...

 

Got contacted by building regulations re size of shed being slightly too large. - Soundest guy on earth said cut 6 inches off of it and he'll sign it off and telll him to go to hell - Also gave me 6 months to complete while my dad fights cancer

 

Contacted local authority about parking commercial vehicles on property- They had already received 5 letters of character from my 5 of 6 neighbours saying how pleasant I am and how I keep the driveway weed free and remove self seeded trees - He got told to fuck off

 

Sent me dozens of solicitors letters which I ignored - Booked court! Building reg have signed a letter confirming they are happy with stipulations of shed reduction and building is exempt and matter is closed so he's spent money and will lose in court while I try not to laugh too much.  

 

And I couldn't help but write Stuart ******* is a bellend on the black lichen stained driveway in bleach just for my own personal satisfaction. Of course I wore a black jump suit so I couldn't be recognised. 

 

RESULT!

Best not to admit that on a public forum, if he has read it here or someone has shown him, your day in court may not end so well. Its not the only forum you have posted this on!
