Very touched by the offers of loans. Had to buy replacements straight away in order to work so am sorted.

Not good my friend ..but how many times have we said on here bout never ever leaving your tools especially chainsaws in your van/truck...these guys are not opportunist,they watch you and know exactly your routine.not saying they were watching you but unless they were left on view they knew you had them in your van..the scum are now breaking in to vehicles just to steal the loose change we all leave in our vehicle so what hope have we got,they cause £££££of damage just to get a couple of ££’s in coins.i do have sympathy with you but think you know you should have known better not to leave them in the first place...

Yup, you're absolutely right.

 

Usually the saws are locked in a container, but we have been working a totally different area of the Wood (It's a big place) and I got lazy.

 

Definitely a lesson learned.
