On the rigging rope I've got the large one on one end and a smaller one on the other, no real reason other then to have the 2 options.

I can girth hitch a karabiner with the big eye to keep everything aligned.

Looking nice but bit of a dip on top left hand side dude, maybe did last taper bit far. on the bigger splices

So I made a couple of whoopee slings with some Antal rings spliced in to the ends

 

Thought they might be useful for a bit of micro rigging and re directing a lowering line to keep it out of mischief.

 

Note to self, buy some more shrink tube
