You know i'm ashamed to admit that for all of my life i had never regarded women as role models...Equal,yes but not what i would aspire to...Until i joined the Gym and in that time Kate (South African) and Jo (Norwegian) have become fundamental in my evolution.They are my Sports science,Nutritionists, relationship therapists and close friends.Lifting really has opened up my eyes to another world.....I even have a favourite female fitness idol.Brooke Ence[emoji7][emoji963]️‍♀️8caef582987ff129f8c41688c0de0fb3.jpg27ccf8e9656b5cba50c608907b35d09b.jpg

J and Don if I’ve ever got any flu like lergy I avoid training completely.

Yes, you go back a step, but I’ve always found training makes things worse.

Gives any little niggles a bit of healing time as well.
