Hadn't thought of the rucksack thing.

I'll try the wife's makeup bag tonight, that should add about 200kg's worth of resistance.

Break yourself in easy on the calves mate,i once did 20 sets as i thought volume maybe a factor in my non calve development...nah!

My calves seized up in the shortened position so i was walking around on my tip toes for 3 days...looked like a fookin

Ok so it's fair to say i'm hooked on squats now. Day 3 of doing them and i was wondering if it was ok/safe to do them everyday? I rotate which body parts i do each day with a rest day or two per week.
