That's what I'm leaning towards tbh just wondering if people have a preference on cut speed alone? Can't imagine it being much of a difference on a 15" bar anyway?

I can confirm the 562 rips with a 28 bar. In a pinch we swapped out an old 28 from a 395,  never gone back, awesome as a big saw in the tree. She's a weapon.

You running skip or semi-skip on the 28” bar?

No buddy, standard.
 


I’ve had both but the 560’s all got scored pistons through auto-tune/fuelling issues.
The 562 is a great saw but I’m surprised to hear that it’ll rip on a 28” bar... fair play.
Mine runs an 18”
