Are there any pto chippers out there 8-10" that can have a trailer pulled behind them? Or is it a case of stretching draw bar on trailer?

My old TP960 pulled a grain trailer  but it had to be one that  didn't superimpose too much nose weight. I think it took about 5 tonne behind the MF1200. I wouldn't contemplate it on the road. I have it sitting in the corner of a field somewhere.

I would consider the weight on the link arms more than just a hitch on the back, that's the easy part.

Yes it's fine around a field or wood but I wouldn't on the open road.  I can only imagine the forces when breaking on a bend going through the length of the chipper , arms then onto the tractor is huge and not what they are designed for, as in lifting things up and down.

Stevies spot on, an ifor might be ok but not a big grain trailer, the drawbar weight will be too high. We tow an i for behind the mog on a towball mounted on the winch on the 3pl. I wouldn't want anything bigger on it though. I do tow a trailer behind the heizo but only on the road when it's empty.

Don't think I'd fancy it on the road, was thinking of putting a tow ball on my farmi for pulling ifor around site but nothing bigger and not a agri type trailer with a lot of drawbar weight.
If you had the money the opposite way would work fantastic with chipper on back of trailer, emptying might be a pita if it didn't side tip mind!

Drawbar trailer (as in, with a dolly) with a cranked drawbar so it's nice and low and can fit under the chipper on the puh.
All the weight on the trailer.
All the force on the tractor.
And if you need to you can jacknife reverse it to put the chipper right low without taking the trailer off.
