I sent out a mass email to 23,000 members announcing the new arbtalk site.  A bit of a gamble really, as you only need a relatively small number to mark the mail as spam, next thing you know your emails are getting blocked all over the place by mail servers

i never received an email but i was checking periodically to see if the site was back, that's how i found out it was.

Hi Steve,
I'm suffering with the same new device log in message with every return to arbtalk that sussex groundie is getting. Mine are also equally confused about where I am based. It seems I've pretty much got most of the island of Ireland covered, which explains why business is picking up for me !!.
It claims not to be recognising the device even though its the same one I've had and been logging in with for 6 months.

Might be advisable to change all your passwords

PS unless you are certain it is your current login that is being misreported, in that case the website is not finding or correctly reading the cookie it set on your phone AND/OR misinterpreting the IP address of your mobile phone and no worth worrying about

Hi Steve

I have not been able to log on to my iPhone app, I noticed posting from Arbtalkers using google play apps. Has an iPhone app been updated yet? Also I use my iPhone 90% of the time to log on Arbtalk and have to put my password in everytime and then get a email saying you don't recognise the device and I am in Madrid or Murcia!

Still waiting on the iPhone app.  Are you still having to log on each time?  I changed a setting yesterday which I thought would have solved that

Yes at the moment and still getting the email, I am in southern Spain at the moment but that's about 5 hours drive from Madrid!
