it needs to be £3500, the box is flimsy and the tipper wont tip a full load, and has been tarted up i would stay well clear.

go and get a new transit for £200+vat a month no worries

my thoughts only, others will disagree

That must be lease purchase not finance?

Big wack for deposit, vat payments as you go then big wack at end...

Nah no offence my man, I'm not into finance or the new transit, I know a couple people with cabstars like this and they speak highly of them

I use to have an older model than that but same shape. The scissor tipper isn't the best as there seems to be a lot of flexing in the bed when tipping resulting in cracks to the tipper bed over the long term. That one is a twin wheel but I had a single rear wheel and it was uttterly uttterly utterly can't stress how utterly rubbish on any thing but nice dry tarmac- forget lawns unless height of summer and woe betide you find yourself on a wet leaf going up a country lane!

That said they are workhorses go on and on and we had no bother with the engine or running gear and the flat front is great for manouverings

Hi got a 04 plate single wheel cabstar and had it 7 years now just got 60,000 on it pulls like a train load pick up and 10ft Ifor tipping trailer with 9ft lengths of timber as much as I can get on it pulls it no probs , had 2 transits in years gone by and this Nissan makes transits look a bit old school Nissan better on fuel pulls fare better than any transit I had , more reliable than transit ,cheaper to insure than transit , only thing I can say transit was better on is more comfortable driving position and More room in cab if you run a 3 man team .
