, BMI really does now work , using body fat callopers is really the only accurate way to see what your BMI is

 

What about your internal fat, the stuff round your organs??

 

Your better with the electric gizmo that passes a current through you to measure the fat.

Yeah that is a good point Huck , i know that down here the costs for that method are quite high but still the calculation does not take into account skeleatal structure and % of muscle

When I was in Cornwall (more than 10 years ago) I when to my brothers gym with him (he lived down there then) they had one in the gym and it was free.

 

My brother has always done weights, I don't, he was gutted because he was 19% fat and I was 17% :lol:
