Countryfile - the new front line in pollution

Recommended Posts

Anyone else see that piece?

Is there someone on the team at Countryfile looking for ways to make me shout at the TV?

Did they really use the tired and inappropriate catchphrase "farmers are the custodians of the countryside" in the same sentence as saying agriculture is the new front line of pollution?

Was that whole article just designed to wind me up??

:cursing:

Farmers are in no way custodians of the the countryside, but like any other business it's for making maximum profit regardless of environmental cost... they're almost as bad as the tree surgeons
